Further, his insatiable drive for timeliness led to the 100% completion of the FY24 Cybersecurity Awareness Challenge an entire year in advance.

Was the sole point of contact for orchestrating the incredibly well-received 2023 Thanksgiving Potluck, with 29 dishes being graciously provided by 35 command personnel and enjoyed by all! Led six instructors as NSVT course supervisor in the CY-18 Course Review, revision of 864 pages of trainee guide content, 34 job sheets, and 127 slides, improving training for 528 students annually at six Information Warfare training sites. - OUTSTANDING LEADER/MENTOR/INSTRUCTOR.  As Departmental LPO, he led 50 IT/ET/civilian instructors in the delivery of 18,5000 hours of training in 14 courses to 1,828 students across 115 convenes.  His efforts resulted in 100% instructor qualifications, seven MTS, eight EIWS, seven JSOQ/JIOQ/IOQ selections and one meritorious advancement to E-6.  Additionally, he instituted a Gold Star program for his Sailors to reward high performance which has contributed to a substantial increase in workplace productivity.
- CONSUMMATE COUNSELOR.  Flawlessly corrected eight deficiencies in the Command's Career Information Program (CIP), leading to a score of 91% in the CY-17 CIP Review.  He processed six re-enlistments, 12 TGPS courses, four SRB requests, and performed 41 Career Development Boards.  His efforts resulted in the Command's eligibility for the Retention Excellence Award, a goal realized due to his continuous planning and leadership.
- ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERT.  Critical in the annual revision of the Network Security Vulnerability Technician course, providing subject matter expertise and submittal of corrections for 60 documents spanning 598 pages, significantly improving quality of training and enhanced Fleet knowledge and performance of Information Assurance practices.

Pivotal in executing the Plan of Action and Milestones to correct 32 deficiencies in the Command's Career Information Program, ensuring better program practices in support of 106 enlisted Sailors.  Designed, developed, and continues to support two iOS software applications: "Annai", a sponsorship application; and "Muster PO", an application to allow Sailors more efficient muster accountability.
